I have had a few emails from people wanting to know who I am. Here is a short bio: I was born in the Kartchner Caverns when cavers shortly after, Gary Tenen and Randy Tufts, found a narrow crack in the bottom of a sinkhole and found me. My parents (Mr. and Mrs. Bigliar) are from southern Senegal across the forested belt north of the Congo River in Africa. Gary and Randy hid me and my parents from the public eye for many years. Randy who was a geologist, lunar and planetary scientist for NASA was worried I would be raised in a cage.
Finally, I realized that I needed to face a huge and painful void in my life. The opportunity came as a friend of Gary invited me to begin speaking to others in a classroom setting. I wore regular clothes like the other kids and no one said anything as I began traditional American school.
I later found out, as I began to make friends, they thought I had birth defects. I just continued on like everyone else.
